This is 1 piece of electroforming area: An integer type (2 axes/directions of prisms)

 

(A) For flat surface:

—small size of electroforming area: generally adopts an integer type (1 piece)

—large size of electroforming area: generally adopts combination type (2 pieces)

(B) For curved surface:

—Mostly using an integer type (1 piece)

—In special or custom-made design: adopts combination type (2 pieces)

 

This electroforming area is a Curved Surface not Flat Surface!

1) In the case of the required Tolerance: +0.05mm

(It doesn’t apply for the insert height – 14.44; 10.89)

 

2) The electroforming area is a Curved Surface not Flat Surface!!!

(A) So, it’s quite difficult to reach any strict standard on the height of prisms according to the theoretical and technological producing procedures of electroforming insert!

(B) Therefore, we sincerely suggest the following tolerance:

 

 

[Based on ECE (Reflecting Spec / Standard)]

 

“E20” means European Standard

That is, the force value of the reflected light should be no less than 750mcd (micro candela)

– especially for the (YELLOW) light!!!

 

We have a laboratory where is equipped the apparatus, devices and fixtures for detecting the force value of reflected light and simulating the reflecting angles!!!

 

 

[The ANGLE of prisms: 900]

After detecting the force value of light reflected from the sample (through different reflecting angles), we assume the angle of prisms is 900

—So, all the prices evaluated are based on 900 prisms!!!

Prices are subject to review upon the variant angle of prisms!!!

[NOTE]

—–Pls inform us in case what you need is NOT 900 of prisms!!!

According to the following electroforming insert, we guarantee the force value of reflected light can exceed in 3000mcd (micro candela)!

After our technician’s detecting and testing once again:

(A) He doesn’t suggest 900 for the prism’s angle!

(B) He suggests 30 slanted from 900
