Why do we need this production line?

1) Due to PET’s characteristics of strong hygroscopic capability; it’s necessary for PET to proceed to drying before next processing procedures!  Besides, PET FLAKE all is the un-crystallized material!

2) If we are using the traditional dryer to heat directly, then the material will become “lumps” in the dryer.  In general, PET vitrifying temperature is about 800C; so, it requires stirring continuously while drying by traditional dryer!   Therefore, we recommend using infrared crystallization dryer to dry PET FLAKE.

3) In order to comply with the tendency of “GREEN/Environment-Friendly”, we should not promote the traditional types of equipment; we should strongly suggest the advanced styles of equipment in order to achieve lower consumption in energy, manpower; to save time and plant space and to reduce the pollution!!!
